Apply for NICOLE membership

There are three options:

1. If you are sure that you would like to join NICOLE, please download the Membership Application Form, and return it to NICOLE (instructions are on the form).

2. If you are renewing your membership of NICOLE, please download the Membership Application Form, and return it to NICOLE (instructions are on the form).

3. If you require further information from the NICOLE membership prior to joining, please complete and submit this simple form and the secretariat will contact you by e-mail.
